O&H Danish Bakery's online shop has a kringle marked "New!" that it calls Fall Feast. It's apple-cinnamon filling with brown sugar, cheesecake and toffee. It's priced at $27.99, and the product page says it ships from 11/02/2026 to 11/29/2026, and that's the whole window. A few clicks away is Holly Berry, also marked "New!", next to Santa's Secret Christmas Kringle. Both ship from Nov. 2 through Dec. 31, 2026.
So for this stretch of November, the last fall kringle of 2026 and the first Christmas ones are on sale at the same time. After Nov. 29, O&H ships only from the Christmas side of the menu. Everything after that, from a free tasting walk downtown to the last day to order kringle shipped for the holidays, is set on fixed dates.
How short the windows have been this year
Fall Feast's four weeks look generous next to O&H's earlier 2026 flavors. In September, OnMilwaukee reported a fall lineup that changed about every two weeks. Brown Sugar Mocha and Autumn Orchard ran through Sept. 27. Black Forest ran Sept. 21 to Oct. 4, and Caramel Ginger Pear ran Oct. 5 through 18. All four were sold at O&H's retail stores and online. All of those are gone now. If you missed Caramel Ginger Pear in October, it won't be back this season.
Racine Danish Kringles on Golf Avenue sets dates the same way. Its 2026 holiday catalog lists two new flavors, Cherry Almond and Pear Almond. Pear Almond is marked "AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER - NOVEMBER," so like Fall Feast, it's gone once November ends. The catalog's seasonal list runs from fall flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Pumpkin Caramel, Caramel Apple and Autumn into holiday ones like Eggnog, Gingerbread, Merry Berry, Peppermint Brownie, Santa's Cinnaberry and Winter Wonderland.
Two bakeries on two different streets are both done with their fall flavors by the end of November. O&H's cutoff comes first, on Nov. 29. If you want a pear kringle for Thanksgiving, this is the time to get one, at either bakery.
The calendar from here
These are the dates the bakeries and the Downtown Racine Corporation have published, in order:
- Now through Nov. 29: O&H ships Fall Feast alongside its Christmas kringles.
- Through November: Racine Danish Kringles lists Pear Almond as available.
- Dec. 5: Maps for the Kris Kringle Tour come out at racinedowntown.com, on Facebook, and at the Downtown Racine Corporation office at 425 Main St.
- Dec. 12, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The 9th annual Kris Kringle Tour, with free O&H kringle samples at more than 30 downtown locations.
- Dec. 18, midnight CST: Racine Danish Kringles' order deadline to ensure holiday delivery.
- Dec. 31: The end of O&H's shipping window for its Christmas kringles and its Kringle All the Way package.
The order matters. The free tasting comes six days before the Dec. 18 shipping deadline. If you order Racine Danish Kringles by mail, you can try flavors downtown on a Saturday and still have most of a week to send boxes out of state.

O&H's location directory lists five stores in and around the city:

Bendtsen's Bakery is at 3200 Washington Ave. on Travel Wisconsin's listing, phone 262-633-0365. For holiday orders, call the bakery for its current dates.
Lehmann's Bakery lists its store at 9117 Durand Avenue in Sturtevant. Posted hours are 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday. Its online shop currently offers holiday kringle packs, including a three-pack of apple, pecan and raspberry.

Dec. 12: the tour that brings kringle downtown
The Kris Kringle Tour is on Saturday, Dec. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's free. The Downtown Racine Corporation runs it with Reefpoint Brew House, Zeigler Hyundai, Hotel Verdant and O&H Danish Bakery, and more than 30 downtown locations hand out O&H kringle samples.
The organizers have published a schedule for the music and photos, and it moves between three spots:
- 11 to 11:30 a.m.: Park High School Choir at Divino Gelato Café
- 11:30 a.m. to noon: Photos with Santa and the Grinch at Divino Gelato Café
- Noon to 12:30 p.m.: Park High School Choir at Red Onion Café
- 12:30 to 1 p.m.: Photos with Santa and the Grinch at Red Onion Café
- 1:30 to 2 p.m.: Park High School Choir and photos with Santa at Reefpoint Brew House
Santa will also give out $500 in Downtown gift cards to shoppers he picks by surprise. Kids can do a scavenger hunt for an Elf on the Shelf hidden in participating stores, with a chance to win a prize pack. On the same walk, you can vote in the Holiday Window Decorating Competition at the storefronts or by liking entries on Facebook.
Following the schedule takes you from a gelato café to a diner-style café to a brewpub in three hours. With the stores giving out samples in between, that's a good way to try O&H's kringle across downtown before deciding what to order for the holidays.
The shipping deadlines after the tour
After Dec. 12, the dates that matter are for kringle you ship. Racine Danish Kringles says to order by midnight CST on Dec. 18 to ensure holiday delivery.
O&H's Christmas kringles and its Kringle All the Way package ship through Dec. 31, 2026. That's the last day O&H ships, which isn't the same as the last day to order for Christmas arrival. O&H's ordering guidelines advise ordering early for the holiday shipping schedule. If a box has to arrive by Christmas Eve, call O&H to confirm the date before you order.
Racine's habit of putting kringle on the calendar now has state backing, too. Gov. Tony Evers proclaimed June 30, 2026, Wisconsin Kringle Day, marking the anniversary of kringle becoming Wisconsin's official state pastry. That's in summer, though. For Racine, the dates that count are Nov. 29 for the last fall flavors and Dec. 18 for the last mail orders.
